“Most people fail not because of lack of desire, but because of lack of commitment.” (Vince Lombardi).   When Sydney Peck announced she wouldn’t be attending college, and further, that she would be getting married just six months after graduating high school, her parents were not surprised (nor were they alarmed). Raised in an all American military family, Sydney was known for two things: rebelling against the norm…and committing completely to her path.  

Sydney grew up in Jefferson, Georgia with her mom, dad and older brother. Her dad and grandfather were in the Army, and her mom mostly worked from home.  She was raised in a loving family, and at one time owned 5 dogs and 2 cats.  While she was still in high school, Sydney sought an internship in the real estate industry. Her mom convinced her this would be a great direction for her, so she called brokerages until she found one willing to take her in.  And that’s how she was introduced to Michael Carr & Associates.

Being a committed person, Sydney showed up every day and dug in to her internship tasks despite the fact that she was starting at ground zero.  She admits being frustrated and overwhelmed in those first months, and relied heavily on her broker and mentor, Michael Carr, to teach her the ropes, as well as her ever reliable friend, Google.  The core values she was taught by her parents served her well, as she remained unrelenting, reliable and responsible.  And serious about real estate. Since beginning her career in real estate, she has been involved in brokerage operations, from marketing to contract negotiations to national accounts, and she attained her real estate license at the age of 19.  She’s committed to serve her customers with pride and purpose, so they can achieve the American dream of the home and lifestyle they deserve.  Being a military spouse has definitely had an effect on her real estate direction as well, and is part of the reason she has become known as the American Dream Agent®.  

 Today, Sydney specializes in helping first time homebuyers and growing families find their dream home and lifestyle.  She’s known for ‘getting it done without delay’ and being committed to her client’s purpose from the first call to the closing. She’s recognized for responsiveness, dedication and dependability well beyond her years.  She has been mentored by Michael Carr, America’s Top Selling Real Estate Auctioneer, who has been involved in over 78,000 real estate transactions, and growing. 

When she isn’t helping her clients realize their dreams, she’s living a dream life of her own with her husband, Treavor, an active duty Marine, and their dog (Damon) and cat (Acacia).  In the summertime, you can find them on a 4×4 beach with one of Sydney’s prized possessions, her blue Jeep.  Her commitment to family is undeniable.  And her commitment to her clients and her career ushers in a refreshing wave of dedication not only beyond her years, but beyond most.  No, Sydney Peck doesn’t lack in either desire or commitment.  When her clients have a dream, she devotes thoughtful time and energy to their desires…and they quickly find that her commitment is only beginning.
